Questions buyers actually ask
What is the minimum order?
One unit. A single machine is fine for a trial - you do not have to buy a container to test us. Per-unit freight is lower if you do fill a container, and I will tell you where that break point is.
What are the payment terms?
T/T - 30% deposit to start production, 70% against the bill of lading copy. Other terms can be discussed once we have a working relationship.
How long does production take?
15 to 30 days from deposit, depending on model and quantity. If you are working to a deadline, tell me before we start and I will confirm whether it is achievable.
What is the warranty?
Twelve months on the machine from the bill of lading date, covering the motor and the controller. Batteries carry twelve months as well. Wearing parts - brake shoes, tyres, bulbs - are excluded, but I supply them at cost for as long as you run the machines.
Which certifications do the machines come with?
It depends on the model and on your destination. Tell me the country you are importing into and I will confirm exactly which documentation and approvals that model ships with - before you commit, not after.
Can you put my brand on the machines?
Yes. Nameplates, decals and manuals can all carry your brand. Minimum quantities apply and I will tell you what they are.
Can I see my machine before it ships?
Yes, that is standard. Every unit is load-tested and filmed, and the video of your machine reaches you before it leaves. If it fails the test, it does not ship.
